  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • 0.5 cup Pecans, chopped
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread half of the mixture over the crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix together canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Before serving, spread whipped topping over the pie and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
