Ingredients
  • 6 ounce Graham cracker crust
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 4 large Egg yolks
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • optional for garnish Lemon slices
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crust and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and egg yolks until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the pie to set.
  8. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with lemon slices if desired.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
