In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest, and continue beating until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pie dish.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
