Melt the dark, milk, and white chocolate separately.

In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

Add the gelatin mixture and vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture and mix well.

Mix cocoa powder into one part, and salt into another part.

Layer the three mousse mixtures in a cake pan, starting with the cocoa powder mixture, then the plain chocolate mixture, and finally the salt mixture.

Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
