  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. In a small bowl, beat the egg and vanilla extract together. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  6. Spread the berry mixture evenly over the crust in the baking dish.
  7. Crumble the remaining dough over the berry mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Allow the bars to cool completely in the baking dish.
  10. Once cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
  11. Cut into bars and serve.
