  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the milk, mixing just until incorporated. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the whole milk, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Pour over the top of the cooled cake.
  6. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until thick. Spread over the top of the cake. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve slices of cake with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh fruit on top.
