Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pie crust
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 piece Cinnamon sticks
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for at least 2 hours.
  8. Serve chilled with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
