  4. Add the cooked beef back to the pan and stir in parsley, Worcestershire sauce, beef stock, flour, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
  6. Roll out one pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
  7. Pour the meat mixture into the pie dish.
  8. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the meat mixture.
  9. Seal the edges and cut slits on the top crust for ventilation.
  10. Beat the egg and brush it over the top crust.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
