Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 large Potato
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 2 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 beaten Egg
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the ground pork and beef, and cook until browned.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add the potatoes, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, and cloves. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and line a pie dish with one sheet.
  5. Fill the pie dish with the meat mixture.
  6. Cover the pie with the second sheet of puff pastry and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the beaten egg over the top of the pie.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  9. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
