Ingredients
  • 14 ounce Rice Cakes
  • 4 ounce Fish Cakes
  • 3 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean Red Pepper Paste)
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions
  1. Soak the rice cakes in cold water for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the fish cakes, green onions, cabbage, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large pan, add water, gochujang, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add the rice cakes, fish cakes, and vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  6. Serve hot.
