Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, and dried oregano. Cook for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour and butter to form a crumbly mixture.

Spread the cauliflower and bacon in a baking dish. Pour the tomato mixture over it.

Sprinkle the cheese on top. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
