Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pie crust
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Basil leaves
  • 200 gram Mozzarella cheese
  • 50 gram Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a pie dish.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and remove excess moisture by placing them on paper towels.
  4. Layer the tomatoes, basil leaves, and mozzarella cheese in the pie crust.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
