Tomato Pie

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a pie dish.

Slice the tomatoes and remove excess moisture by placing them on paper towels.

Layer the tomatoes, basil leaves, and mozzarella cheese in the pie crust.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tomatoes.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
