  • 6 ounce Pie crust
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Pine nuts
  • 1 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a pie dish.
  3. In a blender, combine tomatoes, basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic cloves, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
