Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, vegetable oil, Kahlua liqueur, hot coffee, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9-inch round cake pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cake is completely cool, spread whipped cream over the top.

Optional: Garnish with chocolate shavings.
