  1. In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and vanilla extract. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and arrange them in a single layer in the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  4. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  5. Before serving, dust the top of the cake with cocoa powder.
  6. Slice and serve chilled.
