  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme
  • 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut the butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
