  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Canned crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch tube pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add oil, eggs, vanilla extract, crushed pineapple, walnuts, and raisins. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Wrap the cooled cake in plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 30 days before serving.
