Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion, carrots, and peas until they are tender.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth to the skillet. Stir in the cooked ground beef and simmer for 5 minutes.

In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until they are soft. Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter, milk, salt, and pepper.

Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.
