Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, carrot, and garlic until softened.
  4. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and frozen peas to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Gradually whisk in the milk and continue cooking until thickened.
  7. Add the cooked ground beef to the skillet and mix well.
  8. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until the mashed potatoes are golden brown.
  10. Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
