Shepherd’s Pie is traditionally made with lamb, but this healthy version uses ground beef instead.

  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, peas, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.
