Ingredients
  • 250 gram All-purpose flour
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 50 gram Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Boiling water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Stir in the boiling water. The batter will be thin, but that's okay.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely.
