  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 4 large Egg yolks
  • 14 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup Key lime juice
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon Key lime zest
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the key lime juice and continue whisking until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the pie to set.
