Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoon Red curry paste
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 2 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 20 gram Fresh coriander
  • 100 gram Green beans
  • 4 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend the chicken breast, red curry paste, egg, fish sauce, lime juice, and fresh coriander until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve the Thai chicken cakes with sweet chilli sauce and steamed green beans. Enjoy!
