  5. Place a tortilla on top of the salsa and spread a layer of the bean and vegetable mixture over it.
  6. Repeat the layers until all the tortillas and filling are used, ending with a layer of tortilla.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with sliced avocado and fresh cilantro.
