Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.

Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and shred it into bite-sized pieces.

Return the shredded chicken to the skillet and add the frozen mixed vegetables. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the flour over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat.

Slowly pour in the chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Transfer the chicken mixture to a pie crust, and cover with another pie crust. Crimp the edges to seal.

Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
