  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs and add it to the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.
  8. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Place the cake pops in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  10. In the meantime, melt the yellow candy melts according to the package instructions.
  11. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy melts, allowing any excess to drip off.
  12. Immediately sprinkle the cake pops with sprinkles before the candy coating hardens.
  13. Place the cake pops back on the baking sheet and let them set completely.
