Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and tea leaves.

In a separate bowl, mix together the non-dairy milk and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough is formed.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Use a cookie cutter to cut out biscuit shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are lightly golden.
