  • 2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 9-inch Pie Crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
