In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped onions, carrots, and frozen peas to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in Worcestershire sauce, beef stock, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
