  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Wash and chop the Swiss chard, discarding the tough stems. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add the Swiss chard and cook until wilted. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the egg mixture along with the dill. Grease a baking dish and layer half of the phyllo pastry sheets, brushing each sheet with melted butter. Spread the Swiss chard mixture over the phyllo pastry. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the Swiss chard. Layer the remaining phyllo pastry sheets on top, again brushing each sheet with melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
