Ingredients
  • 2 cup Sweet potatoes
  • 1 can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 shell Unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix sweet potatoes, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into pie shell.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (180°C) and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
