  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it into a pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour and a tablespoon of sugar. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the pie.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Allow the pie to cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
