Swedish Apple Pie

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Peel, core, and slice the apples.

In a bowl, mix the sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add melted butter and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour to the egg mixture and mix well.

Grease a pie dish and spread half of the batter on the bottom.

Add the apple mixture on top of the batter.

Pour the remaining batter over the apples.
