  2. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

  5. Gradually add the flour to the egg mixture and mix well.
  6. Grease a pie dish and spread half of the batter on the bottom.
  7. Add the apple mixture on top of the batter.
  8. Pour the remaining batter over the apples.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
