Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.

Add the peas and cook for a few minutes.

Add the mashed potatoes and spices. Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Roll out one puff pastry sheet and line a pie dish with it.

Pour the potato mixture into the pie dish.

Cover with the second puff pastry sheet and seal the edges.
