Ingredients
  • 2 cup Pie crust
  • 3 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Pour the berry mixture into the crust.
  4. Roll out the second pie crust and cut it into strips. Create a lattice pattern on top of the pie.
  5. Brush the lattice crust with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours.
  8. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled pie.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
