Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Pour the berry mixture into the crust.

Roll out the second pie crust and cut it into strips. Create a lattice pattern on top of the pie.

Brush the lattice crust with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours.

In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled pie.
