Ingredients
  • 1 cup Semolina (Suji)
  • 1 cup Almond Powder
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix semolina (suji) and almond powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Gradually add eggs and mix well.
  4. Add the semolina-almond mixture to the butter-sugar mixture and mix well.
  5. Dissolve baking powder in milk and add it to the batter. Mix until well combined.
  6. Grease a cake tin and pour the batter into it.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  9. Serve the sugee cake as a dessert or snack.
