  • 250 gram Pie crust
  • 200 gram Granulated sugar
  • 150 gram Unsalted butter
  • 50 gram All-purpose flour
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the granulated sugar, melted butter, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  4. Pour the sugar mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve the sugar pie at room temperature.
