  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt. Add melted butter and mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  4. In a saucepan, heat almond milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and add sugar-free dark chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut cream, erythritol, vanilla extract, and gelatin powder.
  6. Gradually pour the chocolate mixture into the coconut cream mixture, whisking continuously until well combined.
