In a blender, combine mango pulp, condensed milk, whipping cream, milk, bread crumbs, almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Blend until smooth.

In a cake tin, spread a layer of the mango mixture.

Freeze for 2 hours.

In a pan, melt butter and add bread crumbs. Toast until golden brown.

Remove the cake tin from the freezer and sprinkle the toasted bread crumbs on top.

Freeze for another 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
