  1. In a blender, combine mango pulp, condensed milk, whipping cream, milk, bread crumbs, almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a cake tin, spread a layer of the mango mixture.
  3. Freeze for 2 hours.
  4. In a pan, melt butter and add bread crumbs. Toast until golden brown.
  5. Remove the cake tin from the freezer and sprinkle the toasted bread crumbs on top.
  6. Freeze for another 2 hours.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  8. Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  10. Once cooled, remove from the cake tin and serve chilled.
