  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Unroll 1 pie crust on work surface. Press out fold lines; roll crust into 12-inch round. Place in ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate. Press crust firmly against side and bottom. Trim crust even with edge of pie plate.
  2. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly in crust-lined pie plate. Arrange strawberries over cream cheese mixture. Spoon glaze evenly over strawberries.
  3. Unroll second pie crust on work surface. Press out fold lines; roll crust into 12-inch round. Place crust over filling; press edges together to seal. Flute edges; cut slits in several places in top crust.
  4. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F; bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown. Cool completely, about 2 hours. Store in refrigerator.
