Stroganoff pie
Stroganoff pie is a modern twist on the classic beef stroganoff dish. It combines the flavors of tender beef, mushrooms, and creamy sauce in a delicious puff pastry crust.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the onion and mushrooms until tender.

Add the flour and stir well. Slowly add the beef broth while stirring.

Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the sour cream, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Line a pie dish with one sheet of puff pastry.

Pour the beef mixture into the pie dish.

Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry and seal the edges.

Cut slits on the top puff pastry for ventilation.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
