  1. Bake the cake mix according to package instructions.
  2. Let the cake cool completely.
  3. Crumble the cake into a large bowl.
  4. Add the strawberry jam, cream cheese, and powdered sugar to the crumbled cake.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Shape the mixture into strawberry-shaped balls.
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Insert a lollipop stick into each ball.
  9. Freeze the cake pops for 1 hour.
  10. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  11. Add red food coloring to the melted chocolate and mix well.
  12. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  13. Place the coated cake pops back on the baking sheet.
  14. Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
  15. Dip the top of each cake pop into the melted green candy melts to create the strawberry leaves.
  16. Sprinkle the cake pops with sprinkles.
  17. Let the chocolate and candy melts harden.
  18. Serve and enjoy!
