  • 2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 package Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 container Whipped Topping
  • 1 pint Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 package Strawberry Jello
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Spread over the crust.
  3. In a saucepan, dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water. Allow it to cool for a few minutes.
  4. Slice the fresh strawberries and arrange them over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Pour the dissolved Jello mixture over the strawberries.
  6. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped topping and garnish with additional strawberries if desired.
