Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.

In a small saucepan, combine the strawberry gelatin and water. Heat over medium heat until the gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Arrange the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer. Pour the strawberry gelatin mixture over the strawberries.
