Ingredients
  • 2 cup Pie Crust
  • 2 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin
  • 1/4 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Press the pie crust into a pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the cooled pie crust.
  8. In a small saucepan, heat the gelatin and water over low heat until the gelatin dissolves.
  9. Stir in the lemon juice.
  10. Arrange the fresh strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  11. Pour the gelatin mixture over the strawberries.
  12. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  13. Serve chilled and enjoy!
