Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crust
  • 2 cup Fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 0.5 cup Cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crust, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the whipped cream and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  8. Arrange the fresh strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Pour the cooled sugar mixture over the strawberries.
  10. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set.
  11. Serve chilled and enjoy!
