  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a blender, puree half of the strawberries until smooth. In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Heat the gelatin mixture over low heat, stirring until dissolved. Stir in the lemon juice.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the strawberry puree, gelatin mixture, beaten egg whites, and whipped cream together until well combined. Fold in the remaining sliced strawberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
