  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a heart-shaped pie dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pie dish.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
  8. In a small saucepan, heat the strawberry jam over low heat until melted.
  9. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the chilled cheesecake. Drizzle the melted strawberry jam over the strawberries.
